Found a good place for calculate the CAN bus time setting for STM32.

STM32 80MHz

I had used the STM32L431 in 80MHz
Using this tool http://www.bittiming.can-wiki.info/
We would like the CAN bit rate @ 500K

Then, we can set the timing in CubeMX:
